A brochure is a snapshot of your business. If you're not in tune with your market and how to appeal to potential clients, it's really going to show in a brochure. If you need a brochure but aren't sure how to make it effective, create a mock-up and email me for input.

You have an important new client and need a presentation to dazzle them. Is it affordable for a small business to pay a designer for every proposal? Probably not. Let's look at options for getting one package together that can be tailored for other clients. Better yet, let's look at making it versatile, for use as a media kit too.

Project: Trade Show Poster

Consulting Aspect: Is a poster my best investment?

When asked by clients for trade show posters, in two circumstances I didn't give them what they asked for because there was a better idea. See to the right, this 3D solution cost little more than a poster, with much greater impact. In the second case, a computer monitor to deliver the message added motion and interaction to the message. The client liked the idea so much, she bought a screen for this purpose instead of renting one.

 

CREATIVE MARKETING

Effective marketing doesn't have to cost a fortune. Here's an example to show you how I work. Claudia Froome of Claudia's Choices asked me to design a poster to draw attention to her laundry detergent at a trade show. My thinking was that designing & printing a single poster is costly, considering how effective it would be in a trade show environment.
